Tracey Thornhill is the sole Company Director of Elite Early Education (formerly Nanna's Childcare), owner operator of two centres based in Hallett Cove, SA. Tracey's 29 years in the sector, has provided her with the knowledge to create the ultimate experience in care and education. A place where local children and families deserve only the best quality, early learning journey.

Over the past three decades Tracey has been a leader within the Early Childhood sector; including Company Director of Out of School Services in the UK and General Manager of a large Australian early childhood provider, and most recently an Early Childhood Business Consultant.

In the role of Consultant, Tracey provides support to many early learning centres, improving practice, programs, environments and systems. Her work with many teams has been the key to each centre's success.
