Tracey Thornhill is the sole Company Director and owner operator of Elite Early Education - two boutique early learning centres based in Hallett Cove, SA. Tracey's 30 years of sector knowledge has led Tracey to create the ultimate experience in care and education. A place where local children and families deserve only the best quality, early learning journey.

Our families choose us because of the uniqueness of our centres. Our high-quality, beautifully designed centres are small in size, and we have a long-standing educator base, where our children and their family get to know everyone very quickly. This creates a real sense of belonging at the centre as soon as you enrol, so you won't get lost in the crowd! Our environments have been designed in a way that feels just like home, they are thoughtfully presented, with a light and airy feel, to provide children with a perfect space to learn and play.
Our monthly Saturday morning Brunch Play Dates for all children on our waitlist are a great way for our new families to get to know us prior to enrolment, providing a lovely gentle start for both you and your baby. They are a great hit with our families!
Over the past three decades Tracey has been a leader within the Early Childhood sector; including Company Director of Out of School Services in the UK and General Manager of a large Australian early childhood provider. Tracey has been an Early Childhood Consultant for five years and in this role Tracey provides support to many early learning centres, improving their practices and programs. Her work with many teams has been the key to each centre's success.

This model at her own centres - Elite Early Education, provides the basis for a great place to work for our educators, an amazing experience for our families and most importantly for our children to thrive in a happy and safe centre, where every conversation, action and task has the child at the centre.

Health and safety is our major priority at Elite Early Education, it is where we place the most importance. We have highly trained educators, with strong induction systems in place to ensure every child is protected. Tracey's huge amount of work around compliance as a Consultant is thoroughly embedded at her centres.

Having a local owner, who is on hand to oversee both centres alongside the leadership teams, provides a high quality service for our families, that is hugely valuable. Tracey loves to chat to families as they collect their child and build important relationships, where families get to know and trust her as the business owner.

We were recognised as a finalist in the Australian Business Champion Awards 2024 for our work around sustainability and staff retention. An incredible achievement for a company in its second year of trading and speaks to the great work our team at Elite are accomplishing.
